New Era General Hospital

The outpatient department building was still being renovated when we visited so the outpatient department was temporarily housed in an airconditioned tent facility. Parking can become a challenge as the parking slots inside the hospital is limited. We went on a weekend so we were fortunate enough to get a parking spot inside. The staff, nurses and doctors were very nice and accommodating. There is a convenience store inside the temporary outpatient department tent where you can buy snacks and drinks while waiting for your turn to be seen by the doctor. The ATM machines are often offline. So would need to go out of the hospital premises if you need some cash from the ATM.

This is the best hospital! The staffs, nurses and doctors are very kind and helpful and most of all we get to attend worship service (which we truly needed) even though we were sick. The hospital is clean and the facilities are also modern. We hope it will get bigger to accommodate more patients in the future. 🙏 Thank you po to all the caring doctors, nurses and staff of NEGH! All Personnel are very nice,kind and friendly.. i had my check up in my OB last friday and i compared the hospital to other hospital whom i read some bad comments but the Doctor didn't say any negative things instead she just listen to my rant.. i was just very amazed because i never heard any bad comments when it regards to other private hospital instead she(the OB-gyne) let me decide to choose the hospital i wanted to confine with.. i truly salute the Doctor and the hospitals positive atmosphere 😘

My 84-year old mom had a severe pneumonia, her oxygen level was very low and was positive for corona virus. Eight (8) hospitals rejected her and asked my brothers to sign a waiver because they were full. The ninth hospital that they went to was New Era Hospital and immediately ER Nurses and Doctors attended to her. She was admitted and confined for a month. After a month-long battle with CORONA VIRUS, God healed her. She is back home recovering. Thank you Lord!!! We salute all attending Physicians and Nurses in New Era Hospital!!!! You guys are the greatest!!! It was a successful recovery for our mom and we are so grateful to God that He used New Era Doctors, Nurses, and Staff to heal our mom. Even though she is a non-INC member, they showed compassion and gave their utmost care for her. We would like to thank Dr. Philip Ines, Dra. Amy Lopez, Dr. Adonis Rasalan, and Dra. Katherine Dela Cruz and all other doctors that cared for her. We are so grateful for all your hardwork and dedication. We would like to commend the BEST NURSES and STAFF of the 4th Floor, especially: JORDAN UMAYAM MICH SANTOS CARMELA VELASCO And all the nurses and staff that made my mom's hospital stay a wonderful experience even with the given situation. Her "Angels" is what my mom calls them. You guys are the best of the best!!! Again...Thank you very much NEW ERA HOSPITAL's Doctors, Nurses, and Staff, YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST!!! We will forever be grateful!!!
